Didn't get to play much b/c it would shutdown, thus eating up time trial very quickly, but what I saw was good. Can't wait for it to get released to Shockwave or BigFish to give it another try.

This has to be one of the best time management games released lately. The game play was wonderfully done and I really enjoyed everything about it. This is a must buy!!

Game is recycled. The idea isn't original. There isn't much new here in this game. You wait on people and serve them. There are a bunch of games like this. Not good. I do like the theming and graphics. So, why did they ruin it with such an unoriginal idea? Shame!

Waiting for tech reply so I can finally play this highly reviewed game. My OS is Windows XP Pro and I have no problems downloading it nor installing it. But when I try to load it to play it, the game become "unresponsive" and freezes my pc. Anyone else have this problem? Would love to have this resolved. Looks like fun!

zimminkie: Same problem here. Would love to try this game, but just freezes my computer every time. Downloads and installs, but won't run. I'm running windows xp, lots of memory, 3-d graphics card,etc. Have never had a problem with any other game. Very frustrating, cos I love these time manangement games, and have heard good things about this one.

This is Chanon from Viqua Games, I need your help so that I can try to fix your problem. What I need is a dxdiag file that will tell me your detailed computer specs.
Here's how you can prepare it:
- Click on your "Start" button.
- Select "Run".
- Clear the "Open" box and type "dxdiag" (without the quotes).
- Click "OK".
- A box called "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" should open.
- At the bottom of this window, you will find a button called "Save All Information".
- Click this button.
- A box will pop up prompting you to save a file called "dxdiag.txt"
- Save this file to your "Desktop".
- Now you should see a text file called "dxdiag.txt" sitting on your Windows desktop.
- attach that file to me at chanon ( at ) viquagames ( dot ) com

Excellent game.
I have been playing time management games starting back in 2003 or somewhere around there, and have been a big fan of the Diner Dash series.
I was quite delighted when I tried this game, it is quite fun to play, the graphics are delightful. I would, however, like to see more 'characters' instead of so many of the ones that look identical.
But other than that, this is an outstanding time management game, and the setting, an airline, is a very welcome change to the genre.

First, purchase EVERYTHING that will keep your passengers calm. In addition to your shoes, that make you work harder. Next, purchase the treats and other foods that make things easier. Then, you should upgrade everything else. Once you have all that, the rest of the levels will be much more easier for you to get through. And most importantly, have patience. If you don't get through a mission the first time, don't give up. Keep trying it repeatedly until you do. Eventually you'll figure out how to work through everything.
